CASI - LinkedIn and UNHCR Services
The Candidate Assistance Services Interface (CASI) makes it easy to deliver targeted support from partner organisations directly to candidates. This release adds two new services to the growing CASI ecosystem:
LinkedIn Candidate Assistance Service
Eligible candidates can now redeem a free 1-year Premium membership upgrade via
Candidate Portal self-service.
UNHCR CASI Help Services
Signposting to relevant UNHCR help pages for eligible registrants. The service is gated
to GRN but can be easily opened for TC candidates.
Performance Tuning and GRN Launch
Ahead of the launch of the Global Refugee Network (GRN), v2.5.0 delivers targeted performance improvements. While driven by the need to scale for GRN, these gains benefit all Talent Catalog users:

UI / UX Enhancements
Phase 2 of Talent Catalog Redesign
Candidate Portal Upgrade
As part of Phase 2 of the TC redesign, we’ve upgraded the Candidate Portal to the new TC
component library. This brings a cleaner, more consistent experience aligned with the Admin
Portal. The update also lays the foundation for future UX improvements and the forthcoming
mobile app.
Targeted UX Insights for Search Redesign
We've also been focusing on the search screen, identifying possible UX improvements
and gathering user input through structured voting sessions. By combining Figma collaboration,
heatmap analysis, and quantitative feedback, we're able to guide design decisions and better
prioritise future UX enhancements.
